HashDice Mining Guide

This passage will introduce you with the basic rule and bonus mechanism of HashDice mining.

1. The basic mining rules

Betting is mining. Players bet in the game and get HDT token according to the amount of betting.

In the game, there are 2 mines, let’s say mine A and mine B. And in each mine, there are 0.8 billion HDT. Another 0.4 billion HDT fall under the two mines and the distribution ratio is unknown.

Player can bet with TRX on mine A and VENA on mine B. Between the two mines, one of them will be first done, let’s say mine A for example.

After mine A is done, the treasure on mine A will be distributed to miners of mine A according to the proportion of mining, and the treasure of mine B will be destroyed. And the undone part of mine B will be distributed to miners of mine B.

2. The mining bonus mechanism

（1） Proof of work buff

The mining progress above will be in three steps, with proportion of 10%, 65%, 25%. After the first step, buff will be offered to miners for their work in the second step, according to the work of the first step, and the highest buff is 25%. So the mining of the first step is very important! You can refer to the following table:

（1） Referral mechanism and daily leaderboard

HashDice’s referral mechanism has been specially designed to allow players to get the most bonus.

The principle of this referral mechanism is like the following:

For player A, when he/she bet and mine X HDT, and he/she is invited into the game:

A get 2%X HDT bonus;

The level 1 inviter B get 4%X HDT bonus;

The level 2 inviter C get 2%X HDT bonus;

The level 3 inviter D get 1%X HDT bonus;

Thus, level +1, the bonus reduce half.

Therefore, after the player is invited, he/she can not only get 2% of the referral bonus, but also get 4% of the reward by inviting others. When the player invited by you invites other players, you can also receive the reward, the invitation chain can continue and you can keep getting the reward.

The advantage of this invitation mechanism is that your reward is directly tied to the bet amount of the person invited by you. Your reward will not be separated by your inviter, and if you are an inviter, you can continue to receive rewards for levels of invitee, and each invitation will give you the reward you deserve. This is HashDice’s invitation mechanism.

The design of this referral mechanism draws on the invitation strategy of the DARPA Network Challenge’s winning team in 2009, MIT. At that time, MIT won the competition with this invitation strategy of “the bonus is decreasing with the invitation level.”

In the new daily leaderboard, HashDice will take out all the profits of the day’s corresponding leaderboards and prepare daily rewards for 40 players. As long as the bet amount and ranking are met, you can get the corresponding level reward. The specific reward methods are as follows:

If the user’s ranking is lower than the reward ranking in the corresponding interval, the ranking is postponed to the next interval. For example, if a player ranks 4th in the section greater than 1000k, he/she will be postponed to the range of 500k to 1000k, and is ranked 1st in the section, obtaining 2.940k TRX rewards and 44.75k HDT rewards.

（1） The distribution of the undone part

The undone part of mine B will be distributed as following:

30% will be distributed to head miners;

The other 70% will be distributed to all players. That is to say, head miners will be distributed twice!

（2） Mining bonus

A: Each time the mining progress reaches 5% (5%, 15%…, 20 mines in two mines), the corresponding player will get half of the private key, and the A mine user can make a private key combination with the B mine user. To unlock the wallet and take away 400,000 HDT rewards; of course, how to avoid risks and verify the authenticity of the other party’s private key depends on everyone’s wisdom.

The specific rules are as follows:

Dig into the 5% HDT of Mine A, that is, the player who obtained the 40 millionth HDT of Mine A, and the player who digs 5% HDT of Mine B, that is, the player who obtained the 40 millionth HDT of Mine B, and obtained half of the private key. Two players combine half of the private keys to receive 400,000 HDT rewards;

B: Each time the mining progress reaches 10% (10%, 20%,…,90%, 18 mines in two mines), the corresponding player will get a secret prize by a special behavior (for example, the first is inviting one friend into the group and can get 150 thousand HDT).

The rule is like part A.

C: Each time the mining progress reaches 11% (11%, 22%,…, 18 mines in two mines), the corresponding player will get a exquisite prize.

D: Each time the mining progress reaches 38%, 58%, 68% and 98%(8 mines in two mines), the corresponding player will get half of the private key. And this is not linked to the private key of part A; the other half private key is sent to players who attended the private sale of Hashdice.( all private sale players will receive a half private key with their email, 8 half keys in total)

Having said that, you should have already seen it: Hashdice is similar in appearance to Tronbet, but it is nothing but an innovative footnote. Whether we focus on the bottom mining logic or from the rich gameplay and incentives, we can find that Hashdice’s intentions can be seen everywhere.

3. Mining bonus
